The Tuttnauer 2540M Autoclave (10″ chamber) is the largest of Tuttnauer’s medium sized countertop manual sterilizers and is dependable, durable, easy to maintain. This autoclave offers a large capacity and 19″ of depth with a relatively fast cycle time.  Suitable for use in Medical, Surgical, Dental, Veterinary, Laboratory, Tattoo, Body Piercing, Cosmetology, and many other applications.

Additionally, the 2540M can accommodate most instruments while still allowing a reasonably fast instrument turnaround. Furthermore, it holds four 16″ x 7″ trays, making it the perfect manual autoclave for the small or medium sized office. Automatic shut-off at the end of both the sterilization and dry cycles. Double safety locking device prevents door from opening while chamber is pressurized. Overheat cutoff prevents burnout of heating elements in case of insufficient water in the chamber. Drain valve is located on the front, allowing for quick and easy draining of water reservoir. Dual safety thermostat to protect against overheating.
