Graduated Sequential Therapy | Wave Therapy | LymphAssist™ Mode
Clinical evidence – Intermittent Pneumatic Compression (IPC) and Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) provide a synergistic enhancement of the effect of Complex Decongestive Physiotherapy (CDP).
IPC can be used safely and effectively for the treatment of patients with breast carcinoma associated Lymphedema. The ease of application of IPC as a long term therapeutic intervention suggest that it may warrant more widespread use in this patient population. The therapy is well tolerated and remarkably free from complications.
